How we're doing

We are open and transparent about our performance and 'how we're doing'.  We need you to tell us what you think, so we can make improvements and deliver a service that leaves you wanting to recommend us to your friends.

Please tell us what you think through Twitter and Facebook or by simply giving your feedback when you have experienced a service. You will spot 'submit feedback' buttons throughout our website and we have a monthly prize draw of £100 for those who take part as a thank you.
