application process might look and feel a little bit different to
what you have done before, but that's intentional. We like to be

The application and assessment stages are designed to give you a
feel for what it's like to work here, so if it feels awkward or
uncomfortable, we're probably not the company for you.

Assessment days
Shortlisted candidates are usually invited to an assessment day.
This is where we will get to know the real you and whether you have
what it takes to work here.
You will be assessed on your attitude and behaviour as much as
you will on your knowledge and experience.
It's also a great way of finding out if what we have to offer
meets your needs and ambitions. We are always getting positive
feedback from people who have attended and thoroughly enjoyed the
day.
