Opportunities 4 Employment

It's tough breaking into the world of work if you're jobless - especially for young people or those who've been unemployed for a long time. It's even tougher when you don't know what a sector like housing can offer and that's why we've created Opportunities 4 Employment, or O4E. This is a Bromford scheme that offers unemployed customers a six months paid work placement, which will help you be the best you can be.

If you are a customer and think working for us could be right for you, Bromford Connect can help. Bromford Connect will advise you of opportunities, answer your questions and put you in touch with colleagues who will help you take the first steps to applying.

This includes our apprenticeships and Opportunites 4 Employment, our chance for customers to earn while they learn during six-month placements.
