In 2008 we won the Peaceful and Better Neighbourhood Award for our Wychall Farm estate in Kings Norton at the National Housing Federations Neighbourhood Awards. We also became the first RSL to receive an exemplar accreditation for the ‘Encams Cleaner Greener Neighbourhood’ kitemark for Wychall Farm.
Cross Street South, managed by Bromford Living, won the Innovation category at the Cleaner Safer Greener Network (CSG) 2009 Awards and more in addition, earned a record score from judges in the latest national Building for Life awards. The sustainable project was one of two winners that achieved the highest ever ratings given to new home developments since the awards started in 2002.
