Welcome to our Annual Review - 'Facing up to the difficult questions'

This was a year of big change for Bromford. Change in government. Change in the way that we raise our finance – and in the way that we spend it. Change in the way that we operate – and in the way that we plan for and think about the future.

In this Annual Review we reflect on the tough decisions that have enabled us to streamline and build on sector-leading levels of service excellence.

Such is the strength of our belief in what we have done and intend to do that we invited some of the affordable housing sector’s leading figures to challenge us.

Their questions may have been difficult but we were happy to respond and to provide the evidence to back up what we have said. The change goes on.
