We also want to grow responsibly through developing new homes and have ambitious plans to build 1,500 new homes every year by 2016. In June 2011, we started building our first homes for outright sale in Telford and formed a strategic regional partnership with private housebuilders Barratt.
Bromford has already committed to investing in new services and support to help reduce benefit dependency and to improve training and employment opportunities for customers.

That is why, in a world of tight public funding, there has been a drive here at Bromford to contain costs, to examine every pound spent, to trim waste and to pursue a lean business model.
In June 2011, we combined the best that every part – HomeZone Living, Bromford Living and Fosseway Living – has to offer under a single housing association structure.
This leaner legal and organisational set-up is helping us to shape new frontline services that will meet the changing needs of customers.
It has also created some new opportunities that will give talented team players the chance to continue developing our services and to make a real difference in the way that we operate now and in the future.
