Support worker giving advice to a customer in a wheelchairThe Appointee and Money Management Service is a unique low cost Corporate Appointee and Money Management Service provided by Bromford Support, a member of the Bromford Group. The Appointee and Money Management Service is available throughout central England and has been developed to provide assistance to vulnerable customers who need help to manage their financial affairs.

In essence, our Appointee Service removes the responsibility of claiming and receiving the correct amount of benefits and or other income for vulnerable customers. We ensure customers receive their maximum entitlement to welfare benefits.

About Us
Bromford Group is registered with The Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) as a corporate appointee. We offer a specialist welfare benefits service to individuals across the whole range of DWP benefits and can also help individuals manage their household budget.

The Benefits Team is based at our central office in Wolverhampton. The team has many years experience in the advice giving industry helping to ensure that our customers obtain all the benefits they may be entitled to. We also advocate for service users at Benefits Appeal Tribunals and elsewhere when necessary.
