Bromford Support Services
Welcome to Bromford Support, a team where you will find inspiration and creativity coupled with real drive and determination. We are passionate about supporting vulnerable customers and helping to make a real difference to their lives, maximise their independence and realise their individual and personal goals.
Our enthusiastic and skilled colleagues deliver extensive and varied services to a diverse range of over 2,000 customers. Our services are delivered through both fixed supported housing schemes and floating support services, including support delivered to over 1000 customers of other Housing Associations and Local Authorities. We work in partnership with specialist agencies where we feel they add value for our customers.
We currently deliver our service to a range of customers including people with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, and mental health problems as well as supporting older people, young people and young families. We have recently established a ground breaking scheme in Birmingham in partnership with the Reducing Gang Violence Forum supporting prolific offenders and or those at risk of becoming involved in gang violence.
We ensure that our services are operated and managed in an inclusive way, sharing responsibility for key decisions with our stakeholders. We believe in taking a truly one-team approach to working with other agencies and partners to achieve best possible outcomes for our mutual customers. We work with 20 Supporting People Administering Authorities as well as PCT’s, Local Authorities and Social Services.
