Paying your rent is one of the most important things you have to do as our tenant - we do however appreciate that people can sometimes struggle to make ends meet. We are here to help. If you have a problem paying your rent please don't ignore it, call us immediately for help and advice on what to do. If you are on a low income, your local authority Housing Benefit team may be able to help you with your responsibility to pay your rent - to find out if you are entitled to any help visit www.entitledto.co.uk (opens new window).
