HomeZone Living owns over 1,400 garages throughout the District. These garages are available for anyone to rent, whether they are one of our existing customers or not.
In some areas, there is a waiting list of people who want a garage. We usually let garages to people on the list in strict date order, however we will give priority to people who are registered disabled and have a specially adapted vehicle.

Shops
HomeZone Living owns 14 leasehold shops all located within Lichfield.
The shops are occupied by a variety of businesses including hairdressers, takeaways, launderette, Post Office and general stores.
