HomeZone Living is committed to the provision of affordable housing and support services, serving the communities in and around Lichfield District and surrounding boroughs. Our key role is to develop and manage rented, leasehold and shared ownership homes for our customers.

HomeZone Housing Ltd was established following stock transfer in 1997 and gained charitable status in 2006. In March 2007, HomeZone became a member of the Bromford Group and now manages over 5,200 homes, shops and garages in Nuneaton and Bedworth, Lichfield, Stafford, Cannock, Tamworth and North Warwickshire.
Joining the Group has made HomeZone Living one of the most influential Registered Social Landlords in the region. We aim to offer distinct benefits to customers and colleagues, and ensure we are able to develop new and much needed affordable housing.
