The Tenants Services Authority (TSA) (opens new window)
The TSA is the new regulator for affordable housing, the role previous undertaken by the Housing Corporation. The goal of the TSA is to raise the standards of services for housing tenants.
The Homes and Community Agency (HCA) (opens new window)
The HCA is a new housing and regeneration agency for England. The HCA joins up the delivery of housing and regeneration under one roof, bringing together the functions of English Partnerships, the investment functions of the Housing Corporation, the Academy for Sustainable Communities, and key housing and regeneration programmes.
Lichfield District Council (opens new window)
Lichfield District Council has important housing responsibilities including the assessment of district wide housing need, development of housing strategy, assessment of homelessness, provision of housing benefit services and enforcement of housing standards.
Tamworth Borough Council (opens new window)
We also work with Tamworth Borough Council and are members of the Tamworth Strategic Housing Forum. We have acquired a small number of Existing Satisfactory Dwellings (ESDs) in the Borough and have managed s106 developments.
Staffordshire County Council (opens new window)
Staffordshire County Council commissions care and support for people with community care needs through Community Care and Supporting People Grant. We work closely with SCC particularly in relation to the delivery of housing and support for older and vulnerable people and people with learning disabilities.
We are also embarking on new partner relationships with Cannock Chase District Council (opens new window), Stafford Borough Council (opens new window), North Warwickshire Borough Council (opens new window) and Nuneaton and Bedworth Borough Council (opens new window) where we are working in partnership with other stakeholders to develop new homes in the Camp Hill area.
ExtraCare Charitable Trust (opens new window)
HomeZone Living, in partnership with the ExtraCare Charitable Trust and Lichfield District Council has developed the Beacon Park Retirement Village. Inspired by ExtraCare's 'stay active, stay young' philosophy, the Village is built around a superb range of facilities that encourages people to embrace new challenges and new achievements regardless of age or ability. ExtraCare are responsible for the operational management of the facilities at the Village including the provision of support and care. The responsibility of the day to day housing related service will be provided by Bromford Support from April 2010.
Pathway (opens new window)
In partnership with Pathway Project, a domestic violence charity, we developed a refuge for women and children comprising of 14 units and shared communal areas. Funded by Supporting People, we manage the property, whilst support is provided by Pathway.
Energyextra (opens new window)
Energyextra is a partnership of local housing providers, including HomeZone Living, established to raise awareness of and tackle fuel poverty. In partnership with Scottish Power it provides access to cheaper gas and electricity. Why not go to Energyextra's website for a quote.
Jigsaw (opens new window)
Jigsaw is a regeneration project delivered by the partners of the North Lichfield Initiative, and has brought back into use a former derelict shop. It is a venue for all the partners of the North Lichfield Initiative to meet and offer information and services to local people.

The UChoose Partnership is a choice based lettings system which covers 3 Housing Associations (HomeZone Living, Trent and Dove and South Staffs) and 8 Local Authority areas, as follows:

Fusion Credit Union (opens new window)
HomeZone Living works in partnership with the Fusion Credit Union which supports people on low incomes who live in Lichfield District. HomeZone Living has provided Fusion with free furnished office accommodation at Edgworth House in North Lichfield.
Lichfield and District Community and Voluntary Sector Support (CVS) (opens new window)
Lichfield and District CVS is an umbrella body that provides services to voluntary and community groups in Lichfield and District and works in partnership with statutory agencies.

Bromford Support is passionate about delivering high quality care and support services enabling customers to develop and maintain the skills and confidence they need to live as independently as possible. Our diverse range of services, along with our excellent partner relationships, make a real difference to over 4,000 customers living in our homes, local authority and other housing associtation homes.
