Beacon Park Retirement Village
HomeZone Living in partnership with Extracare Charitable Trust and Lichfield District Council opened the Beacon Park Retirement Village in 2005. The self-contained village, on the edge of Beacon Park, in the centre of Lichfield, comprises of rental, shared ownership and leasehold homes. Inspired by Extracare's 'stay active, stay young' philosophy, the village is built around a superb range of facilities, including:
- Well-being Nurse
- Restaurant & Bar
- Village Hall
- Hairdressing Salon and Shop
- Fully equipped Gym, Jacuzzi and Steam Room
- Craft Workshop and hobbies room
- IT Centre
How to apply
The Village has 135 individual apartments which are a mixture of 1 bed, 2 bed and 2 bed plus study/dining room. Supported Bungalows and apartments
Homezone Living offer bungalows and apartments throughout the District that have been designated for older and vulnerable people. Many of these properties have adaptations to help residents live independently in their own home. 24-hour community alarm monitoring can be arranged so that residents can request assistance or simply reassurance at any time of the day. Support can also be provided by Bromford Support.
