Report a repair
We will repair defects to your home if they are due to fair wear and tear. We will not repair damage caused by you or your visitors.

How to report a repair
You can report a repair to us in many ways:

When reporting a repair you need to tell us:
- your name and address
- about the repair
- how serious the problem is
All repairs are important but we need to deal with them in order of priority:
Emergency: Your repair may need to be attended to quickly because they could lead to injury or property damage. Depending on the repair, we may attend within either two or 24 hours.
We will make you aware how quickly we will attend to you when you contact us. We may make safe at first, and then arrange a follow up appointment to complete the works needed.

Appointable: All other repairs will be appointed and we will arrange time and date that is convenient for you.
We may arrange a Annual Property Service and we can complete your repair on this appointment.
What Bromford will do
If we can't keep an appointment we will let you know but we also need you to tell us in good time if you will not be at home when we plan to call.
Our repair team and contractors carry ID which states their name and employer. Never let anyone into your home unless you can identify them. If you are concerned, call us for advice.
