There are lots of ways for you to pay your rent and other charges - see below to find the most convenient.
If you live in a Bromford Support property, talk to the colleague who manages your home.
Direct debit
Paying by direct debit is a simple and quick way to make rent and other regular payments straight from your bank or building society account. It also offers a payment guarantee - so, if the bank or we make an error, you will be refunded as soon as possible. To set up a Direct Debit, download and fill out the forms below and return these to our offices
Phone
You can use your swipe card and debit or credit card to make a payment over the telephone. Just ring the 24-hour telephone payments line on 0844 557 8321 and you will be guided through an automated system to make your payment.
If you do not have your swipe card, don't worry you can still make your payment. Call 0844 5578323 and an advisor will be happy to speak to you and take your payment personally. This service is available Monday to Friday between 8.30am and 5.30pm.
Swipe card
You can order a swipe payment card, which has a unique reference number. You can use this card to make payments at any Post Office or outlet displaying the PayPoint logo. If you do not have a card, you can order one here.
If you are unable to pay your rent without this card, make sure you contact us on 0330 1234 034. Find your nearest PayPoint outlet.
Online
You can make payments securely at any time using allpayments; an online bill payment service. Just follow the step by step instructions and have your allpay payment card and your debit or credit card ready. There's no complicated registration process and no commitment to use the service on a regular basis.
The allpay App
If you own an Apple or Android smartphone, have valid allpay swipecard and a current bank account, you can download the allpay App free of charge. After a brief registration process, you can pay your bills at the touch of a button anywhere where there is a mobile signal or internet access 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. What's more, you can save all of your details, including multiple payments, so you don't need to enter the same information every time you use the allpay App.
