In addition to traditional houses and apartments, over the years
we have designed and built a wide range of specialist housing for
people with specific needs or disabilities.
Recent schemes have included our highly-acclaimed extra care
scheme for people with visual impairment, specially designed flats
for people with autism and supported housing for people with
learning disabilities or mental health needs.
We are a first-choice partner for many leading private
developers and have built up strong, effective partnerships in the
public sector as well.
We also have our own in-house construction team who've
just finished their 200th home. This includes our first
homes for
outright sale.
