Customers have told us that excellence in neighbourhood management is one of the services that matters most to them and we strive to improve performance and value for money.

We want you to live in a place that you would recommend to others as a place to live. We do this by making sure that neighbourhoods come up to set standards by tackling neighbour issues quickly, especially anti-social behaviour. We also let our homes fairly, make sure that moving in is as easy as possible and help you to move when your home no longer meets your needs.

Something for something

Being a Bromford customer is about more than just having a home and paying rent. Our approach is about helping customers to help themselves and each other.

It's about having a relationship that works. We call this "something for something". We provide a home and services and customers agree to some things in return. This is the Bromford Deal

We are passionate about our service and the role we play to make sure that our neighbourhoods are well run and places in which our customers want to live.

We aim to provide great neighbourhood management services, delivered to make sure that tenancies last and we have places where are customers are proud to live.

Providing housing choice is important as the needs and aspirations of our customers change so we actively support and encourage "stepping up" to ownership when it's the right time for the customer.
