There are several ways you can buy a home with us. We offer outright purchase, Help to Buy shared ownership and equity loan on selected new developments.

We also offer Help to Buy shared ownership homes to buy that aren't brand new, these are called 'resales'. When you buy a Help to Buy shared ownership home you can buy between 25% and 75% of the property with the option to buy more shares up to 100% of the property at a time that's right for you.
You will pay a monthly rent to us for the share we own. Your payments (mortgage and rent) would be less than if you bought the property outright.
